To open an account simply click here to complete the online application form. Once you have submitted your application a Mills representative will be in contact with you within 24hours with all your account information and logins and you are now ready to start buying!
If you would like to return a purchase please click here to begin the process. You may also call customer service at 1.800.665.6457 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to process your request. Our customer care team will create a pick-up slip and on your next delivery your driver will pick-up your unwanted items. To receive a full credit goods must be returned within 30 days and be in the original packaging. Credits are processed to your account once the goods have been received in our warehouse and are typically processed within 48 hours.
